  • Why does Wonderfully Woolly collect this personal data?
    This information is used to process your orders with us. We take the minimal personal data in order to fulfil our order. Your name and address is used to ensure that our product/s are delivered successfully. We use your email address/telephone number in order to confirm orders and shipping information, as well as contact you in the event of an issue with your order.
  • Will Wonderfully Woolly share personal data with third parties?
    Yes. We share your personal data with third parties in order to process your orders. We use WooCommerce, our online platform for our store. Additionally, we use the Square to process payments.
    We have to share your data with our delivery company (Royal Mail, DPD or DHL,) to ensure orders are successfully delivered.
    We also share your contact information with MailChimp to send our email newsletters, which you can opt-out of should you wish to.
  • Does Wonderfully Woolly sell personal data to third parties?
    No. We will not sell any personal data.
  • Do you send marketing emails?
    Using MailChimp, we send marketing emails. The only way that this will happen is with your explicit consent, given by opting in using the tickbox. Should you wish to opt-out at any point, you shall be able to find an opt-out tickbox on your marketing emails.
